The Fine Print
Access to venue and property for up to 10 hours | up to 4 hours setup, 1 hour tear down + up to 5 hours event time
Sunday access for up to 8 hours | up to 3 hours setup, 1 hour tear down + 4 hours event time
Additional pre-reception hours at $200 per hour | additional reception hours available at $500 per hour
All Friday and Saturday events must end by 11 pm | Sunday events must end by 9 pm
All Sundays that fall on a holiday or a holiday weekend will be billed at prime Saturday rates.
